Digital Transformation for Education & Philanthropy
We believe that tech should be a tool for community empowerment. For this project, we collaborated with an IT consulting partner to build custom digital homes for a school and a charitable institution. These platforms were designed to bridge the gap between these organizations and the communities they serve, focusing on accessibility, security, and impact storytelling. To achieve this, we developed two distinct systems: an automated Donation Management System for SPK Trust that digitizes the entire contribution lifecycle, and an ERP-based Admin Management Portal for Adthiya Global to provide centralized operational control over organizational assets, inquiries, and careers.
Problems
♦ Outdated Foundations & Processing Delays: Operating massive data sets and complex AI/ML modeling environments on VMware architectures accumulated steep licensing costs that inflated monthly cloud expenditures.
♦ Lack of Mobile-Responsive Architecture: Shifting baseline hypervisors threatened to disrupt existing development speeds, risking fractured workflows if the underlying Infrastructure-as-Code setups had to be completely abandoned.
♦ Administrative Overhead & Compliance Risks: Building virtual machine images manually without tight validation pipelines created configuration drift, which slowed down the rapid rollout of production application workloads.
Solutions

End-to-End Philanthropic Workflow Automation:
Engineered an Angular and Bootstrap frontend integrated with a .NET 8 Web API to automate SPK Trust's donor registration, automatic receipt numbering, and real-time transaction recording. -
High-Performance Scalable Data Layer:
Implemented a clean Repository Pattern with a lightweight Dapper ORM running over Microsoft SQL Server to execute rapid database routines and automated stored procedures for analytical metrics. -
Centralized Content & ERP Portal Engineering:
Developed an independent enterprise management console for the Adthiya Global platform, enabling non-technical staff to seamlessly manage active events, media galleries, contact forms, and client enquiries. -
Secure Communications & Automated Reporting:
Integrated SMTP-driven HTML notification template systems alongside ngx-bootstrap date pickers to send automated invoices to donors while enabling granular Excel data exports for financial auditing.
